The information is collected in the purchase of tickets so we can give the customer their ticket. Without email address details they wouldn’t be able to receive ticket information and so would be unable to use the service.

Who we share information with
Data processors
Ticket Tailor
This data processor does the following activities for us: They manage our online box office.
We have a joint controller relationship with Ticket Tailor. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: Ticket Tailor is our ticketing platform. The collect data on our behalf as they deal with customer billing. Using them reduces infrastructure requirements for us and Ticket Tailor has significant expertise in data protection..
